A 1 day course for most people. Today, it is believed that up to 80% suffer from some degree of fatigue adrenal glands and more and more women and men suffer from hormone imbalances of various kinds.

The goal of the course and for whom:
Those who want to learn more about the role of adrenal glands and stress and how the adrenal glands effect the hormone balance throughout the body. You get tools that can help reduce stress in your body and techniques how to balance in-depth. The adrenal glands are the key to reduced stress and recovery. This is a course for new energy and for a life with more joy, presence and balance. Both experienced and new yoginis are welcome to join! 

In the 1 DAY course we mix theory and practice and we meet between 9:00-16:00

Yoga for hormone balance

For girls, mammas and ladies! 1,5 hours

This is the yoga that we women need from our teens and for the rest of our lives for hormone balance. Our hormones are tricking us in different ways during the different phases of our life, if not PMS it can be a problem to get pregnant or menopausal symptoms. Well balanced hormones are key to our well-being, they control the mood, the ability to think, the energy level and our desire. Hormone balance yoga revitalizes and balances the hormone system and is also stress reducing. Pure life force and life joy!

If you recognize yourself in one of the following points and want to stay vital and energetic, this yoga form is for you:

  • Problems with PMS, PMDS (more severe form of PMS), painful menstruation, irregular or absent menstruations and PCOS (Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome)
